CitiPower Truck Bookings Form

This registration form is to be completed by Registered Electrical Contractors and Licensed Electrical Mechanics prior to gaining access to the Citipower Online Truck Appointment Booking System.

All fields are Mandatory with the exception of the Rec No and Lem No, where at least one of the registered numbers must be included.

Registrations will be cross referenced with those registrations lodged with the Energy Safe Victoria prior to access being granted.

Your Rec No/Lem No will be your user ID. Please supply your preferred password (6 to 8 characters long) that you will use to log in to the Truck Appointment Booking System.
