Dial Before You Dig

CitiPower and Powercor are members of the Association of Australian Dial Before You Dig Services, a non-profit body dedicated to helping protect Australia's underground networks.

If you are planning to dig where electricity or other underground network cables may be located, contact the Dial Before You Dig Service on 1100 or apply for approval to dig on the the Dial Before You Dig website.

Your request will be referred to CitiPower and Powercor. We will respond within two working days with plans and information about the location of underground cables in our network.
