The CitiPower and Powercor Customer Consultative Committee was established in 2000 to strengthen the partnerships and understanding between our business and the communities we serve.
Committee members are customers themselves, and in many cases, represent the interests of a wider group of customers. Members work with Powercor and CitiPower management, providing input and comment on policy areas of business operation and development. The Committee meets four times a year.
The Committee is a policy body and not a forum for individual complaints, which can be registered by contacting us.
