CitiPower and Powercor Australia are 51% owned in partnership by Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd (CKI) and Hongkong Electric Holdings Ltd (HEH), and 49% owned by Spark Infrastructure. The holding company for CitiPower and Powercor is CHEDHA Holdings Pty Limited (‘CHEDHA Holdings’)
