Through years of experience in the delivery of complex projects, we have observed the importance of effective and proactive project management.

Our project management systems are Quality Accredited to ISO9001. Our processes, part of our Management Operating System, are based upon nine key management principles – Time, Cost, Resources, Communications, Risk, Quality, Procurement, Scope and Integration.

Powercor Network Services staff – accredited through the Australian Institute of Project Management – are widely recognised for their ‘can do’ approach. We utilise sophisticated Project Management tools and methodologies in construction with innovative approach to complex situations – we see the risks before they eventuate, which in turn provides the team with time to proactively seek solutions and ensure smooth project delivery.

Our Project Managers are widely recognised for their excellence, and in 2006, Powercor was the recipient of two awards presented by the Australian Institute of Project Managers.
