Powercor Excluded Service Charges

Costs for certain Powercor activities are not covered by network tariffs, but charged on a one-off basis. These activities include reading a customer's meter by request, extension works for connecting supply or making a field visit.

Charges for operating and maintaining public lighting for local governments are also included in this group, and are billed quarterly. All excluded services charges are regulated by Victoria's Essential Services Commission.
