Powercor - Excluded Service Charges Archive

Costs for certain Powercor activities are not covered by network tariffs, but charged on a one-off basis as a separate fee. These activities include reading a customer's meter by request, switching on a new supply connection or making certain field visits.

Charges for operating and maintaining public lighting for local governments are also included in this group, and are billed quarterly. All excluded services charges are regulated by the Australian Energy Regulator.
