Charters Awarded Best in Victoria

CitiPower and Powercor have been recognised for their efforts in customer service, picking up a major award and a commendation at the recent Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) Victorian Service Excellence Awards.

The businesses’ Customer Charters, prepared and distributed to 900,000 customers in late 2006, won the “Best Customer Charter” award and in addition were highly commended in the overall ‘Service Excellence – Large Business” category.

The CSIA are Australia’s peak Customer Service body who are dedicated to the professional development of organisations and individuals in customer service.
