2008 Network Performance Targets Released

CitiPower and Powercor works with the Essential Services Commision to deliver ongoing electricity supply improvements to our almost 1 million network customers. We've recently released our supply reliability targets for 2008.

CitiPower and Powercor are committed to acheiving network targets for average minutes a customer could expect to be disconnected, and average number of ocassions per year each customer could expect to experience an interruption to electricity supply.

We feel confident our robust asset inspection and maintenance programs, investment in electrcial infrastructure, and effective fault restoration processes will allow us to exceed these targets.

The 2008 targets for each of our two electricity distribution networks can be found under the CitiPower Network Performance and Powercor Network Performance sections of this website, and in major newspapers during the last week of December.
