Improving the reliability of our network is a major focus for CitiPower. Based on the Essential Services Commission's annual performance reports and benchmarking studies involving other distribution networks, CitiPower has the highest reliability performance standards of any electricity distribution network in Australia. Our challenge is to continue to improve on the high standards achieved and to meet the ever increasing expectations of our customers.
