Our business has 10 Connection Technical Advisors servicing the CitiPower and Powercor network areas. They are available to assist those involved with customer connections with information and advice about:

- Electricity safety legislation impacting on our distribution networks
- The electricity supply negotiation process
- Electricity service and meter arrangements and related matters
- The provision of comment and acceptance of electrical installation design diagrams
- Pole to pit underground service lines
- Proposed subdivisions of land
- Customer High Voltage/ Low Voltage electrical installations
- Registered Electrical Contractor requests for supply isolation
