How to keep up to date with outages affecting your home or business
1. Download our Outages app for smartphones & tablets

2. Receive SMS alerts and email notifications
We can send you SMS alerts and updates during major outages and also send you reminders if we plan to interrupt your supply for scheduled maintenance.
If you are the account holder and your retailer has provided us with your mobile phone number you will be automatically subscribed to SMS notifications. Subscription are updated quarterly.
Self Service Subscription
If you would like to manage your own subscription you can register on our Self Service Portal. There you can add additional properties, select quiet times and choose notifications via SMS, email or both.
You will need the National Meter Identifier (NMI) for your property. This can be found on the electricity bill from your retailer.
