We’ve got a new website – take a look around

We recently hit ‘publish’ on our new website and it’s now even easier for you to use!

The site has been designed to make it easier and quicker for our customers to navigate around and is now available across all devices – desktop, mobile or tablet.

We’ll continue to provide an easy-to-use outage map, giving you information about planned and unplanned outages. We’ve also taken steps to ensure the site can accommodate large traffic volumes.

Our portals (eConnect, mySupply and myEnergy) remain the same and can be accessed easily from the drop down menu on desktop or via the side menu on mobile devices.

Any bookmarks saved previously will still be accessible on the new website.

We’ll be adding more functionality as we go so be sure to check back in the future.
