Complete the details on this form to request connection of your Zigbee enabled device.

You’ll need your device’s MAC address and its Installation Code. You can usually find these printed on the device itself, or on the documentation that came with your device.

Please ensure your device is installed within range of your meter and is ready to connect. Consult the user manual for your device to confirm required steps.
