We supply power through our network of poles, wires and infrastructure. We also own and manage the meter that tracks electricity use in your home. The meter sends data to your retailer who issues your electricity bill.

Unexpected outages can happen. Bad weather or an emergency incident can damage our network and disrupt your power supply.
Don’t wait at your letter box when you can get digital notifications for planned power outages. You can also add additional household members or carers, so they receive notifications too.
Any work within the No Go Zone can only be completed by or on behalf of CitiPower and Powercor trained and authorised professionals.
