It’s important that anybody involved in our company – customers, staff, government, independent bodies or other businesses – understands what we do and what we are planning to do. We also want everybody to know their rights and entitlements when it comes to electricity supply.
Through our corporate publications we provide reports on our environmental, social and economic performance, including our approach to managing our tax affairs. These include our Annual Report and our Customer Charter that explain in clear language the rights of our customers and our obligations as an energy distributor.
A copy of our other reports are available on request. Please contact us through the enquiry button below if you’d like any further information.
Our Annual Review highlights our many achievements as well as the outcomes of our major investments and overall performance.
The review highlights our focus on planning for the future while maintaining our perspective on the things that matter most to our customers – safety, reliability and affordability.
It reflects our commitment towards building a network for the future, one that adapts and evolves as we continue to deliver electricity and provide a high standard of service to more than one million customers.
We are committed to the protection of individuals who disclose information about illegal or improper conduct occurring within our Organisation. If you have a Whistleblower incident to report, you can report the incident through our independently-run Speak-up Anonymous line on 1800 035 400 or call 13 22 06 and ask to speak to the Head of Audit Services.
